The Minister of Awqaf and Religious Affairs, His Eminence Sheikh Hatem Al-Bakri, and the accompanying delegation inspected this morning, Tuesday, the Industrial Islamic Orphanage in the Jerusalem Governorate.
At the beginning of the tour, Al Bakri inspected all departments in the orphanage and the academic and industrial education classes, which included the carpentry, turning, upholstery, electricity, printing and vehicle inspection department.
Al-Bakri stressed the importance of this great scientific edifice and the importance of caring for orphans, appreciating the role of those in charge of this home and the care, care and shelter it provides and the various educational and rehabilitation services and programs it provides to ensure comfort and material and moral reassurance for orphans and qualify them for a promising future.
Al Bakri stressed that the Ministry of Awqaf is striving to provide what is necessary for the Orphanage Foundation in its two branches in Jerusalem and Al-Azariya, explaining that this school was established to care for the families of martyrs at the beginning of the twentieth century in the year 1922 AD to bring them up in a religious and professional education to bring out to society useful members for themselves, their country and their nation. In turn, the General Manager of the Foundation, Muayyad Al-Helou, explained a number of important and vital projects and achievements that the house is implementing and its future vision in order to develop its performance and departments in order to serve this segment of society. He also praised the role of the Ministry of Awqaf and Religious Affairs in providing its full support to the house, its donors and supporters, and the continuous cooperation between everyone in order to develop the institution, its departments, its architecture, and its continuity.
