A delegation of members of the Women's Association for Development and Empowerment in Jerusalem, headed by the Director of the Association, Elham Noman, accompanied by political activist Rassem Obeidat and the liberated prisoner Fadwa Al-Abbasi visited the Industrial Islamic Orphanage in the town of Al-Eizariya, southeast of Jerusalem, where he met with the Director of the Institution And the director of the school of the secondary orphanage Rania Abu Asba, to explain about the orphanage, and the development projects in various departments, programs and projects implemented for the benefit of students, especially students of the internal section
Al-Hilu reviewed the future projects of the Orphanage and the most important needs of the various departments in it, especially with regard to the management plan to develop and modernize the library and the computer room that is currently being established, in addition to other programs related to extracurricular activities in the fields of theater and the arts.
The delegation also listened to the most important challenges facing the orphanage and its students, where the administration of the Women's Association for Development and Empowerment expressed special interest in the human development of these students through the allocation of special programs and projects that will be implemented in future in cooperation with the school administration. For students to express themselves.
After that, the delegation toured all sections of the house, especially the industrial departments, and heard from the officials there about the development witnessed by the schools in the fields of industrial and professional disciplines, where more than 600 students are studying, making up the total number of students.
At the end of the visit, the two sides agreed to enhance cooperation between the two sides in areas to be determined based on the urgent needs of the school and its students.
